About this service

Premier Modular sourcing coordination

We operate as an independent China sourcing and procurement service provider for modular and portable building buyers. This site is not the original brand website or an authorized distributor.

How our work is recorded

Our value is in clear records and disciplined follow-up, not invented production capacity or unverified certificate counts. A buyer can review the scope we sent, the responses we received and the documents still outstanding. We keep the source of each claim visible. A drawing belongs to its supplier and revision; a test report has a tested assembly and scope; a shipment checklist has a specific order. That discipline helps avoid treating general brochures as project evidence. The service is useful when purchasing teams need a clear route between an early concept and a comparable set of qualified offers.

01 · Brief

Record use, location, building size and design basis before supplier outreach.

02 · Comparison

Normalize inclusions, exclusions, Incoterms and delivery assumptions.

03 · Verification

Request product test reports, design documents and supplier credentials for the exact project.

04 · Handover

Track inspection findings and export paperwork to a clear closeout list.

Claims require project evidence

Supplier capabilities, certifications and local building compliance require documentary verification for each sourcing request. ISO 9001 alone does not demonstrate structural or fire compliance. Likewise, a panel fire test does not establish the performance of the completed wall with doors, penetrations and joints. We request documents that identify the tested assembly and its limits. We also record what has not been verified so buyers can assign that work before purchase. Wind, snow, seismic, accessibility and energy obligations depend on the place of use.

Request a documented comparison

Tell us the building use, target region and procurement stage. We will identify the evidence needed for a useful supplier comparison.
