Before offers are compared, agree use, quantity, dimensions, storeys, site loads, interior scope, delivery date and destination port. Record who owns foundation engineering, lifting design and local approvals. The freeze should also identify drawing revision control, acceptance criteria for samples, and the method for handling substitutions. If the destination changes, the loads and permit pathway may change with it. A documented change request protects both the buyer and supplier from silently drifting specifications.
The selected supplier remains responsible for manufacturing and its evidence. We coordinate sample review, inspection appointment, packing list checks and export handover, then track open points for the receiving team.
A project evidence matrix connects the building type, country, quantity and delivery scope with supplier records. If a certificate or test report is missing, it remains an open item instead of becoming a marketing claim. We pair each requested document with a responsible party and review date. For a sample inspection, the buyer and supplier agree the drawing revision, panel dimensions, connection details, finish criteria and observed deviations before the visit. The signed checklist, photographs and open points make the result reproducible for a later production lot. A drawing revision, inspection note or packing change is tracked against the same order reference, making handover easier for the receiving team and helping the buyer spot unresolved differences before shipment.
