We can coordinate supplier matching, quotation comparison, sample review, inspection appointments, consolidation and export documents. Design certification and local permission remain with qualified parties. Please state any required document language, target Incoterm and whether unloading or local installation is within the requested supplier scope. Please include application, quantity, country, floor size, storeys, climate loads, interior fit-out, delivery target and destination port. If a specification is provisional, mark it clearly so shortlisted suppliers can state their assumptions. For envelope questions, identify a target indoor condition, local climate and any known energy requirement. For structural questions, attach the site design basis if available. Our coordination team can then ask candidate suppliers for comparable information, including drawings, exclusions, test evidence and packing assumptions. We do not certify a building or promise local approval. The appointed professional team and selected supplier must verify the final design for the destination.
Our reply will focus on the next sourcing decision and the evidence needed to make it. If you already have drawings, a bill of quantities or a tender specification, mention their revision and the approval status. If you have only an early concept, describe the operational need and decision timeline. We can help organize questions for candidate suppliers, compare inclusions and coordinate sample or inspection appointments. For quotations, identify whether you need equipment only, freight coordination, or installation support from the selected supplier. We will keep unconfirmed requirements visible in the comparison.
